Caribbean Cruise trips are among the very best rewards you could give your self after spending many months of working hard on your job. Reserving the cruise trip early will most likely get you the very best price. Nearly all cruise trips are all-inclusive however make sure to ask your cruise line provider what exactly is not included in the cost. At the conclusion of the cruise it's traditional to tip your cabin boy, waiter plus some other people directly involved with your service while onboard. Your cruise line may also get you a cheaper airline ticket via their deals with the air carriers.

Cruise ships have the facilities and services found in high-class hotels. This includes several restaurants to chose from, gym and spa facilities, several bars and night clubs of various themes, a complete casino with Las Vegas style gambling, decks and lounge chairs to sit and relax on a moon lit nights, multiple pools where you can swim or soak up the sun and a multitude of other activities lead by the cruise director. The ship also has a clinic, complete with a doctor. The ship will have a pastor should you have need of religious services.

It's Never Been Easier

Once you are onboard the ship, the only decision you have to make is what to do next! There is no driving, parking, traffic, valets, gas stations, or inconsiderate jerks cutting you off in traffic.  The Captain drives the boat!

Dinner is a matter of getting dressed in your cabin, then a short walk to the elevator, an elevator ride to the deck where your restaurant of choice is located and then a short walk to the restaurant itself.  Has going out for dinner ever been easier? Everything onboard the ship is just a short walk and/or elevator ride away.

Jack, We have been on 4 cruises and it is really a nice vacation. I don't like mid summer as there are too many children. I like to travel in late March or April.

Pam, Thanks for the comment. We love cruises also. We been on 3. I know what you mean about the mid-summer cruises. It's also the beginning of hurricane season. Thanks again!

Jack: Great information. I have been on River Cruises and prefer them to a big ship. However, my son has just become engaged and I'd like to give them a cruise. Any good suggestions as to what lines I should be looking at and I don't think that having a lot of school children around would be very romantic. About 5-7 nights would be a nice gift and then I won't give an engagement party. Sound like a plan? Thanks, Josie jcofer@clarkeleiper.com

Josie, I have always enjoyed the Carnival Cruise Lines. They tend to cater to a younger crowd. The bigger the ship the better. Better ride in rough weather and usually better service and more amenities. Congratulations on your son's engagement!

Cruises are increasingly popular with English people, and we have thought about going. Two problems: lack of funds and Pat gets seasick.
